The off-campus numbers below are the going rates for the properties we have available for the 2027 to 2028 school year. Everything is per person, per year, and every figure is yours to change.
On campus
Picking a building fills in BC's published room rate. Type over it if you know your number exactly.
Off campus
Security deposits aren't counted — you get those back. Broker fees you don't.
Why More Expensive?
You might be realizing that off-campus housing could add a few thousand dollars relative to staying on campus, depending on your selections above. If you are deciding whether to live on or off campus, consider that you are also paying for the following:
- Living around the majority of BC students
- Your own room, in most houses
- A real kitchen instead of a meal plan
- A backyard
- A basement
- A living room that is actually yours
- Picking exactly who you live with
- No RA, no housing lottery, no room draw
- Keeping the place over Thanksgiving, winter and spring break
- A year of practice paying rent and utilities before you graduate
